The above is a picture of the crypt where Dr. Silas Hamilton, George Washington, and Gilbert Douglas are buried.  Nowhere else in the nation is there known to be a master and slave buried side by side. 

The crypt is located just west of the Hamilton Primary School on the Otterville Road.
