On Friday, November 25, 2011, the Society hosted the Christmas Wonderland light display in Alton, Illinois. Thank you to the following for volunteering: Ed and Linda Drainer, Ronnie and Connie Phipps, John and Hannah Wayman, Mary Drainer, Rocky Markham, Marion and Donna Phipps, Jim and Mary Woolsey, Herb and Kim Frazer, Larry Fry and Mary Ann Wadlow. A total of 248 cars and 980 people went through the park that night. We collected $2,037 for Christmas Wonderland. We have hosted this event for several years and we receive a donation for our efforts.
